Do I need to reload the data post BW upgrade from BW 3.5 to BW 7?

Friends,

We are about to start functional upgrade. However, I was wondering - Do I need to reload the data post BW upgrade from BW 3.5 to BW 7? That means, do I need to do a RE-INIT on all datasources and then start DELTAs all over again?

I am hoping not as the timestamps are maintained in R3 and the system won't change...but still wanted to be sure of that.

Hi BJ

There is no need to do a reload on upgrade from BW 3.5 to 7.

Once the upgrade is done you can resume the delta loads as before.
