PSA Groupings & Absence Quota Generation

hello gurus,

am new to time management. Currently working on a project for negative time

I have 2 work schedules - USA = 40 hrs & Newyork = 35 hrs

The leaves are same for both

The Quota is generated based on the number of hours worked.

My doubts are :

1) can i have same PS Grouping for both USA & Newyork

2) I tried doing the same but the quota is generated based on 40 hrs & not 35 hrs. The reason being in Base enetitlement i have stored the constant value for the quota as per 40 hrs work schedule.

can gurus help me how to go abt it pls....

Differentiate the Constant based on Selection rule

Say Rule 0001 40 Rule 0002 35

Please test , i have't tried anytime

yes i need to have diff generation rules for both USA & NewYork. So i got to have different grouping as well rite?

Hi,

You may want to check the options available in QUOMO feature (if you are using time evaluation). You do not need to have a different PS grouping as you could use the feature QUOMO to differentiate the Quota type selection rule group

based on Work Schedule Rule.
