While creating service PO by buyer( who is OMET settings ), validity start date & end date field is not showing in PO header to enter data whereas the same field is showing to another person who is releasing it and giveing error message while releasing since this field is mandatory.

What would be the reason?

i checked OMET settings of Buyer and it is in-line.

Hi,

That will only apper in your framework orderS, double check if your users are selecting the right document type FO.

With normal doc type NB validity tap wont be mandatory unless you make the settings,

Try use the FO doc type Framework Order for the right process.

Thanks

It is customised Zee Doc type.

Earlier it was showing & after keeping OMET settings it is not showing.

Hi,

Why are you using your doc type instead of a FRAMEWORK ORDER?

Not using any Frame workorder.

Using Normal doc type only.

My query is after attaching OMET settings ( EFB) in authorisation only this problem is coming.

If i remove(from authorisation) the parameter EFB in which i configured OMET settings, then it is working fine.
