Hello,
Why cant you see the alerts which are mailed to users on their outlook id's in the Message/Alerts Overview Window even though the Save History box is checked on the Alert Management window for the particular alert?

Hello Gordon,
The client in the alert management window has only checked the EMail column checkbox against a particular user. Does the Int. col checkbox also need to be checked for the particular user so that any mails that are being sent are then visible in the Message/Alert Overview window?

If I understand you correctly, only internal message will be shown in the Message/Alerts Overview Window. You need set alert to send to both email and internal mail.
