Output type problem

Hi,

Because of output type(Print output) in SO ,whenevr i raise and save SO it is going in Archived.

what can be the probelm.

Hi

In t code NACE select ur sales order output type and check the "Storage System" tab check if it is marked as 2-Archive only..if yes then make it as 1-print only.

Sales&Distribution>Basic FunctionS>Output Control-->Ouput Determination >Output using condition technique>maintain ouput for sales documents --> maintain Output types

Choose there BA00 go to details and goto Storage system tab there you can change storage mode

1.Print Only

2.Archive Only

3.Print and Archive

Change here what ever u want
