Hi,
i am creating and saving the order and after that in va03 error is coming that SO(101) has not in database or being archived.
what cn be the problem.
Please suggest.
Dear Monty,
Put your sales order number as VBELN in VBAK and check whether the sales order is created.
sometimes, due to table updation delay, system might show such a message.
If the sales order is not available in the table VBAK (SE11) , then you have to check the number range for your sales order type.
Check and revert back.
Thanks & Regards,
Hegal K Charles

Hi
If it is due to output type intervention then...In t code NACE select ur sales order output type(say BA00) click on details (lense option) and check the "Storage System" tab check if it is marked as 2-Archive only..if it is yes then make it as 1-print only. Now try save the sales order..it shoudl work now.

check any output is determining and not sending out, check ST22 ABAp errors, ask technical person to check the same.

Hi
Check the no.range assignement of the SO type in VOV8. Also check the number range availablity in VN01 for the no. range object of the sales order type.
