Not able to do delivery for consignment pickup

Dear all,

I have created Fillup order and completed its process. Now no issue has done with reference to fill-up and need to do pickup in our stock. I have created the pickup order but at delivery level, its showing that " No delivery-relevant item in sales order xxxxxxxxxxxx, order type ZKA."

I Have checked the item category and schedule line category, it seems fine.

Can anyone pls help me to solve this problem.

Kindly cross- check your Item Category (if Z) with KAN (Consignment Pick-up) in VOV7.

The item category is fine and working in all consignment process successfuly, but not for this.

In your Schedule Line Category T Code VOV6 , check if Item rel. for Delivery is ticked.

Hello

For Consignment Pick up check whether the schedule line getting at Sales order level are among following:

- F0: ConsPickup w/o AvCh

- F1: ConsPickup w. AvCh

- F2: RetPckPickup w/o AC

- F3: RetPckPickup w. AvCh

If not then, in TCode VOV6 for the determined schedule line should be Item is relevant for delivery or rectify your schedule line determination TCode VOV5

Item Cat ___ MRP Type____Sch Line

KAN ___________________F1

KAN_______ND__________F0

KAN_______VB__________F0

KAN_______VM__________F0

KAN_______VV__________F0

The schedule line is rel for delivery. and is OK.

Then in that case, check whether any delivery block is maintained at sales order.

Also check "Confirm Quantity" at Item - Schedule Lines.

Dear J Prakash,

Thanx for ur response.

The assignment is OK. and i found that at schedule line level in pickup order, confirmed quantity is coming as zero, its not confirmed and i think this is causing the problem in DC and PGR.

But can u please suggest me how can i proceed further for the confirmation of this schedule line

If its (confirm quantity) not grey out, try maintain it manually.

Or simple try to confirm the schedule line by re-run ATP for the sales order.

Or may be you try with some other schedule line category.
