Can u export SU24 objects from 4.7E and import into ERP6.0?

Hi guys,

We are busy with a SAP Reimplementation project, and the auths guys want to fast-track their work by exporting the Assignments of Authorization Objects using SU24/SU22 in the old 4.7E system, and then import it into the new ERP 6.0 EHP4 system. We have created an export from 4.7E that contains about 80000 entries, but when we run the import on the ERP 6.0 system it tells us nothing was found. So question is: would there be compatibility issues between 4.7E and ERP 6.0, or can one export/import these objects somehow between the different versions?

That was my thinking as well, but auths were adamant. Problem is though, that even exporting objects from the ERP 6.0 system via SU24 and trying to reimport them also gave me nothing (the upload says it didnt find anything), so it seems a bit fishy.

Hi,

You should not copy SU24 data from 4.7 system to ECC 6.0 as there are lot of changes has been delivered with this release and it is not recommended as well.
