Hi All,
I am upgrading SAP 2005B PL26 to SAP 8.81 PL5 , during the up gradation Process the following error occured.
''Serial numbers or batches are inconsistent comparing to stock'' and Check Id is 36.
please let me know if any one come across this message.

You are facing an issue described in SAP Note [1567571|https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1odSZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=1567571].
(Serial numbers or batches are inconsistent comparing to stock)
Reported upgrade issue needs a further investigation therefore please log a support message with a component SBO-BC-UPG via the Service Market Place.
Please attach 'UpgradeLog' file to the message. You will find the log file in the default log folder
"%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\SAP\SAP Business One\Log\UpgradeWizard" or any other folder configured for this purpose in "B1_Install_Folder\Conf\b1-config-path.txt".

Check below the text from SAP note :1567571
Log a message to SAP Support reporting the exact error message. Make sure to attach the Upgrade log file, which can be found in the default
log folder "%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\SAP\SAP
Business One\Log\UpgradeWizard" or any other folder configured for this purpose in "B1_Install_Folder\Conf\b1-config-path.txt".
You should log all upgrade messages under the component SBO-BC-UPG.
