Exception occured in retireveTaskDetail

Hi All,

Am able to start a BPM Process & getting message as successfully started with process instance. But when i click the process instance & show task am getting error as Action failed due to system error - see logs for further details

.

The log file contains the following error.

Exception occured in retireveTaskDetail : Task instance list is empty

java.lang.Exception: Task instance list is empty

at com.sap.bpem.nwa.tm.wd.model.tmmonitorapp.comp.TMMonitorComp.setTaskDefinitionName(TMMonitorComp.java:1243)

at com.sap.bpem.nwa.tm.wd.model.tmmonitorapp.comp.TMMonitorComp.retrieveTaskOverview(TMMonitorComp.java:443)

at com.sap.bpem.nwa.tm.wd.model.tmmonitorapp.comp.wdp.InternalTMMonitorComp.retrieveTaskOverview(InternalTMMonitorComp.java:747)

Please help me on this.
