Material document printing

Hi experts,

I would like to know what is the workaround for the printing of material document.

I developed 2 print layouts, 1 for GR (WE03) and 1 for GI (WA03).

However, when I performed GR without PO, movement type 501, it was printed on Goods Issue Slip.

I would like the transaction to be printed on Goods Receipt Slip instead.

Any advice?

Hi,

Yes, system picks corect output type for 501MT.Movement type 501 has print indicator '6' and triggers output type WA03

You cannot do anything.

The only way around is to ask the ABAPer to write a program in such way that when the mvm type is 501 ,instead of printing Goods issue it should print Goods receipt.

please maintain condition record condition Type WE03 for your plant with appropriate Event type/print version/print item combination through Txn MN21 and assign a valid printer to it in communication.Before creating condition record ,please besure the print item indicator for MVT 501.

Include the movement type for receipt and issue separately in program.
