The data from the spool of a job in SM37 is exported to a DAT file in a server to be processed and then posted to a website.
The problem is that when the file is received from SAP to the server, space characters " " are converted to accented A "Â"
What is the cause of this error?

It is being generated by a program and sent to the application server. When you view the file using the spool, it doesn't contain any invalid characters (Â). Unfortunately, when you view the file in the application server, invalid characters (Â) appear

Yes. It was working fine before ECC6 upgrade.
