Error: RFC login not possible. Contact an administrator!

Hi Experts,

I am getting the below error in srm portal when i am going to Shopping Cart wizard.

"Error: RFC login not possible. Contact an administrator!"

Can anybody pls help me how to resolve this ? All suggestion are welcome.

Can you please check your RFC connections under SM59. RFC from SRM to ECC and vice versa.

Hi Nikhil,

I have checked RFC Destination and tested the connection in SM59. It seems to be fine for both the systems.

Any other suggestions please.

HI Nikhil,

Thank you very much and my problem was solved as told by you. it is the problem with RFC Destination only

Path : Utilities->Test->Authorisation Test

and we have a problem here with authorisation.
