we use transaction appsearch for appraisals reporting. In our appraisal template we use 3 part appraisers. Transaction appsearch displays only one part appraisal and not all the part appraisals.
so you are accessing the main document. If you want to access the part appraisal documents, you need to enter in the selection screen in field Part appraiser, the part appraiser ID's. Then the part appraisal document will be displayed.
