how to close open delivery in sap

hi my q. is when order is complete and open delivery and want to close all open delivery please give solution of this problem i have numbers of open delivery how we close it

Dear Satyapal,

Initially you have to find the open deliveries for your order.

You can check it in either the document flow of your sales order in VA02/VA03

or put this sales order as preceding document in VBFA and fetch all the subsequent documents with document type J.

This will give you the deliveries created for that particular sales order.

Once the delivery numbers are identified, go to VL02N and put these delivery numbers and you can delete it.

However if you have performed PGI for any delivery, you have to reverse the same in VL09 and then delete the delivery.

The picking qty has to be removed, if entered before deleting the delivery.

Check and revert back.

You can put Delivery Block in all the Open Deliveries at Header > Administration > Control - Delivery Block.
