I am new BI. I want to know which issuses will cause for shortdumps in s ap bi..

Hi there,

Short dump is basically an error or exception caused to system during some ongoing process.

It can be caused by many reason like due less table space,during dealing with large amount of data.System may not be able to handle the job.

Inorder to analyze the dump the t-code is ST22.

Hi,

there could be many reasons to shortdumps. Sometimes in system generated processes or some times user created processes, we check their details in transaction KEBO.

The T-code u mentioned KEBO does not give any information related to short dumps. pls let me know.
