BW Publisher service 12 Issue

Dear Experts,

I have installed BO XI R3.1SP3 Integration tool kit for SAP Solutions.I have installed SAP GUI ,BO XI R3.1 Enterprise version,Xcelsius.

I have copied sapjco.jar file to Tomcat55/Shared/lib folder.

I have copied sapjcorfc.dll to C:\WINDOWS\SysWOW64 because of OS is 64 bit.

I have copied sapjcorfc.dll to C:\Program Files (x86)\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Enterprise 12.0\win32_x86 also.

Gave the tomcat path to shared/lib also.

I have imported transports also.(But Personalization transport (K900693.r21 and R900693.r21 is not able to imported)

I am able to see SAP as authentication after login to the CMC.

1)But while going to theSAP>Authentication> Role import -->it is saying SAP GATEWAY failed Connect to GWHost=biwdev(my case GWHost=biwdev).Can you please tell me the solution?

2)While staring the BW publisher Service 12 ,it is sowing like BW publisher service 12 on local computer started and then stopped.some services stop automaticallyif they have no work to do error

can you logon using the SAP GUI from the server to your SAP server ?

Hi Ingo,

Yes,I can able to login to BW Server through SAP GUI.
