Deleting Error

When I try to delete one add on folder from Program Files->SAP->SAP B1->Add ons, i get error like

Can not delete Interop.SAPbobsCOM: Access is denied Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not curently in use.

In SAP B1 this add on is removed alos

Hi Akash....

This error comes when certain sevices related to SAP is On.....

Go to Tasl Manager and end the process for the service that is going on for SAP.

STop SAP too and then try to delete that folder.

Else if you simply restart server this would get deleted easily......

Hi Akash,

Whenever you come across with this error, it means that add-on is connected via some user. so the best way is to restart the server so that all the services of sap can be stop and before you log in to SAP just delete that folder.

HI Akash,

U have to clear th temp files in ur system.After that u will delete the ADD on file.
