Urging/Reminders for RFQ in ME91A

We have created lot of RFQ with Reminder 1, 2 & 3. But the system always give the list of PO as a result if we provide only the value of Purchasing Organization as a selection criteria in ME91A and when we put document type AN as an additional selection criteria, the message given by the system is "No suitable purchasing documents found" although we have created number of RFQ.

Can anyone help if some setting is required to generate the reminders for RFQ in ME91A?

did you output your RFQs?

had you changed the RFQs after the ourput? if yes, did you output the changes?

is the RFQ due to be reminded?

Hi,

In RFQ (ME42), maintain the output type "MAHN" and then try it in ME91A.

And maintain the condition record in MN01 for Output Type MAHN, as a result of this, output "MAHN" will get created automatically for new RFQ.
