IDOC meta data

Hi All,

I am trying a file-idoc scenario. I have imported the IDOC in IR and done with the mappings. I have created a RFC destination to R/3 server of type 3. Also I have created a port in IDX1 with the created RFC destination.

In IDX2 I cant find the meta data for my imported IDOC. Should I do it manually? If so how?

Thanks & Regards,

Jai Shankar.

Hi Jai,

it is OK that you do not find your IDOC.

You have to maintain it!

Cursor on node IDOC, the F5.

Hi Mario,

I have imported the IDOC CREMAS.CREMAS03 and the port is SAP<xxx>_<yyy> in IDX1. Now when I need to create the meta data in IDX2, what are the values I have to give for IDOC TYPE, EXTENSION, SOURCE PORT ?

Thanks & Regards,

Jai Shankar.

Hi,

The metadata has been imported sucessfully. Now when I run the scenario, I get an error in SXMB_MONI. The error msg I get is "Receiver service cannot be converted into an ALE logical system".

Thanks & Regards,

Jai Shankar.
