In the past, we used PLD for A/R invoice template.
It shows:
- Total Invoice Amount
- Paid (Applied Amount - amount customer paid)
- Amount Due (Total invoice amount minus Paid)
In PLD, 'Paid' field is using system variable field #107.
How do I incorporate the 'paid' field into crystal report? I don't think I can embed system variable field in CR.
If not, is there a workaround I can display the 'paid' amount?
Thanks.
Hi Flyboy,
Even i have gone through the same type of situation.
U can merge INV6 table and call the Paid field from this table.

Hi Vamsi,
For the A/R invoice template, I have all the subtotal calculation fields (discount, shipping, taxes etc) contained within a subreport.
With your instruction, I included INV6 - 'Paid' field within the subreport. However, when I preview it in CR viewer, the 'paid' field's figure remains static for all A/R invoices. Seems like it is not updating for each invoices. Do I need to edit the subreport links to have the 'paid' field shows correctly? Any idea?
