The descritpion that you writer in the flexible template does not have line breaks. So, if you writer mulitple lines (in point fashion for example), it does not display in new lines. This is not acceptable to the business user. How do you write description with line breaks. Entering description is very important for this business user.

Hi,

The new WebDynpro UI for the appraisal document utilizes UI elements

that are capable of interpreting XHTML-tags for formatting purpose.

Unfortunately these UI elements are more restrictive than web browsers

Please see the list of supported tags than I'm attaching to this

message. Use them in the catalog, in the Description, web layout to give the desired format to your description.

Hi Ana,

I tried to open the word document but getting an error "word cannot start the converter mswrd632 if it would be possible for you to attach another copy of the word document.

Also are you saying that thge XHTML tags are actually working when you assign these to the Procees and steps in the process and stpes configuration???
