CONFUSION ON STOCK POSTING

Sir,

pls go through the following points and advice me were the problem is

i have a raw material with inspection type 01 and in material master procurement key is active with 0001

in q info record i select no inspection so while gr system directly posting the material

but if i activate inspection in q info record system creating inspection lot but at the same time system posting the material

in mb51 screen system posting the material with a movement type 101 it self

and after giving ud for the lot which is created system update in mb51 with movement type 321 in two times with item no one and two

I'm not sure what is your question.

If you are asking why there are 2 lines with movement '321' at transaction MB51, it is normal process.

One is 'Goods issue' and another is 'Goods receipt'.

Most of movement type for transfer posting are same like as movement '301', '311'.

At transaction MB03 you can understand it easily if you check the material document which is created with movement '321'.
