check the setting for mail server .... check the server details given there.. if it is domain name change to IP for your mailing server and try once again ....

Implement the note 972514 (quite easy, just few manual steps), restart the Web Abap server.
Also, go to transaction rscustv27 and let all fields blank.
Then, check again.
If persist, let me know.
