Sales Order - create with reference

we create sales orders with reference and the newest sales order is part of the document flow. as you can imagine after creating 10+ orders the doc flow is long & messy.

any suggestions?

You can use T Code S_ALR_87013429 Display Document Flow.

Here you can remove the check boxes at the last of this Page as per the requirements. So it will reduce the Flow of excess Documents.
