Hello expert,
I create a webi report in QA, how can I transport this webi into production, do I have to create the same webi report in production, or I have some approach to change the datasource for this QA webi report ?

What version of BOE/ Edge are you using?
Like the previous poster said, you could use LCM (if you're on XI 3.1 SP2+). You could also use Import Wizard.
