Requisition Request not triggering the workflow

Hi,

When the Manager raises a requisition request, it is not reaching the recruiter. I have activated all the required workflows

My ABAPer applied trace and informed that the workflow is not at all triggered. The support groups which I created were not appearing in the Requisition Form. Later my ABAPer activated the BAdi for support groups. But instead of the supporting group text, in the dropdown of the form they were displaying "0001".

Questions:

What are the reasons that the workflow is not being triggered?

Why am I not getting the support groups which I created in the dropdown of the form?

is it happening with the standard requisition request as well ie SRQ3
