Can we use both Overtime rules after 8 hours/day and after 40 hours/week

Hi Friends,

Can some one let can we use both the rules at a time. Like after 8 hours/day and after 40 hours/week.

We confired both the rules but our system is working only after 40 hours/week.

How can you both 8 hrs /day and 40 hrs / week for same group? Do you have rule in time or Payroll?

Say the week begins on may 30th Monday and week ends on june 5th Sunday. There are employee work in that week, receive a pay increase effective June 1st. Now the OT will be at what Rate?

Old Hrs Rate till May 31st is 25$/hr and new rate is 30$/hr
