Calendar help in Intergrated ITS

Hi All,

When i click on date help (F4) from html page(Enterprise portal) an not able to sceen a sceen which does not display the calendar. its displaying empty screen. Am using intergrated ITS (ECC 6.0). Its there any OSS notes available .

Hi Sentil,

This kind of problem is known when webgui is being started from an IAC, e.g. HRWPC_FC_EXEC

You have to set parameter ~webgui_popups 1 in the service file of this IAC.

Hi Dieter,

Thanks for the response. The calendar is poping up when i am not using the service ~webtransactiontype as EWT.But i need it as the look and feel is good and the transaction is Easy web. Can you please tell me why it is not working when we use ~webtransactiontype as EWT. Many problem arrise when we use ~webtransactiontype as EWT.

Hi Senthil,

Popups are not supposed to be used in EWT.

This works as designed.

I would also suggest that you go by WebGUI instead of EWT. Just set these parameters for your Service:

Transaction & WebGUI.

In your Iview, Navigate to Menu > help > Settings > F4 help and change the option to Dialog(Modal)
