Hi Experts,
While opening the Biller Direct URL http://<hostname>:<portno>/bd .
Getting Following error
Internal system error connection manager lost .Contact your system administrator .
Help me how to get rid of this. Configure steps in XCM also . still getting above error .

Hi
Kindly check your JCO connection in your XCM setting.
If this is correct then check if you get any runtime error in backend when you execute this activity.
If both does not apply then check the logs on the portal and kindly paste it here.
I assume that you have deployed all the necessary portal components in portal and business function activations in ECC.

I have following error, Connection Manager in XCM settings when i check the " RUNTEST".
Error Description As Follows:
Connection failed. com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (102) RFC_ERROR_COMMUNICATION: Connect to message server host failed Connect_PM TYPE=B MSHOST=<hostname> GROUP=PUBLIC R3NAME=,SID> MSSERV=sapms<SID> PCS=1 ERROR Group PUBLIC not found TIME Tue Jun 21 03:26:54 2011 RELEASE 700 COMPONENT LG VERSION 5 RC -6 MODULE lgxx_mt.c LINE 4299 DETAIL LgIGroupX COUNTER 1 .
Can you help me how to solve this ?

Hi,
Kindly talk to your basis team and ask them to setup this connection. This is mentioned in the XCM configuration guide.
