Cost center search help is not working for 1backend system in Shopping Cart

When we login into the Shopping cart for 1 backend system , Cost center search help is not working . When we click on the glasses icon we got error as 'Search Not possible . Please enter directly into the field'. Whereas it is working for other backend system .

Please let us know if anyone has any idea as how this search help works or what is the name of RFC which fetches data for this search help from R3.

Hi,

Have you created a dialog RFC from SRM to this particular ECC system?

Also mention this dialog RFC under 'Define system landscape'.

Hi,

SPROSRM ServerTech Basic settings--Define System Landscape. Here under RFC (dialog) specify your dialog RFC connection name. (You will get a prompt through F4 help). Also ensure a successful connection test of your dialog RFC connection.
