Crystal Reports 2008 cslibu-3-0.dll error

Hi Experts

I have installed Crystal Reports 2008,BO XI R3.1 SP3 Enterprise,Xcelsius 2008,SAP GUI.

1)While opening Crystal reports it showing The Procedure Entry point ?InitDiagnosticLogger@DiagnosticLogger@CSLib300@@QAEXPBH0000@Z could not be located in the dynamic link library cslibu-3-0.dll.

Can you please tell me can i install SP1 patch or Can i can install Crystal Reports SP3 full build version by uninstalling previous exist Crystal reports?

Hi,

Try to install SP1 this will resolve the issue.

Symptom

When try to launch the Crystal Reports 2008, getting an error :

" crw32.exe - Entry Point Not Found :

The procedure entry point?PrintLegend@CMapXLegend@CSLib300@@QAEXJJJJJ@Z could not be located in

the dynamic link library cslibu-3-0.dll"

Reproducing the Issue

Environment details:

BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1

Crystal Reports 2008 (With no Service Pack installed).

Steps to reproduce:

Install BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.0 and Crystal Reports 2008 on a same machine.

Upgrade from BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.0 to XI 3.1.

Launch Crystal Reports 2008 once the Enterprise version is upgraded to XI 3.1.

Cause

Versions mismatch between the BusinessObjects Enterprise and Crystal Reports.

Resolution

Download and install Service Pack 1 for Crystal Reports 2008.
