We are trying to load master data loading from SAP BI to SAP BPC NW 7.5 dimention. we loaded Attribute and Text data in to BPC dimention but we are not able to loadind hierarchy data into SAP BPC NW 7.5 due to tranformation mapping error. Could any body please help the sample hierarchy in BI and how we can do mapping in SAP BPC side.
Thanks in Advance.

Hi,
I would suggest if you could post the errors you encountered here so that we could advise better.
Anyhow, in my case, my transformation file for importing hierarchies is very straightforward:
In the mapping section:
NODENAME=NODENAME
HIER_NAME=HIER_NAME
PARENT=PARENT
ORDER=ORDER
However, I used a conversion file to perform conversion on the hierarchy data (NODENAME, HIER_NAME and PARENT).
Thanks,
Yen Li

Hi Krishna,
The above mentioned document will guide you step by step for hierarchy import. Whenever you are importing hiearchy, you need to be always take care the format and ID description of data being imported. If it is different from what is structured in BPC, then it will generate error, which is why you are getting transformation mapping error.
Check the above file and map IDs of BI to BPC correctly which will imports hiearchies successfully. Hope this clarifies.

Poonam
