QM authorization group required for one plant in material master QM view

HI,

QM authorization group for one plant

Material A1234 is being maintained in the 70 to 85 plants, but I want to set up QM authorization group one plant only. I want to give authorization to one user for changing QM view in the material master by using QM authorization group

Could some one suggest how to SAP security ?

Configuration is set for one plant, material master create / change transactions set as required fields material master

Follow the steps for auth control

1. You will have to define the Auth Group for QM Master Data ( Configuration) in central function

2. Then assig the created auth group in the material master

3. Create derived roles and in the Quality Management ( in the role auth- PFCG transaction ) , you will find material authorization

4. Assign the auth group here

5. For every auth group you will have to create a role

6. Get Assigned this role to the user id

7. The user whom you have assigned this role will only be able assess the QM view.
