in implementation project there are Various grading structure like

grades Scale

g1 1000u2013100u20135000

g2 2000-200-7000

g3 3000-300-10000

g4 4000-400-12000

to config this what need to be done

Check the payroll nodes for INDIA.

This is pretty much possible.

This is standard thing in INDIA Payroll
