Hi CRM Specialists,
Pls help me to xplore the following
Am in the Rule poilcy creation screen in the Web UI,
I cud only see "Policy" visible in the screen..
The other assignment blocks like "Rule Details,conditions,actions,preview" are not visible...
How can I make them visible in my interaction center screen.
Nothing is useless so even ur small thoughts could help me

See if the role config key assigned to your Business Role has the specific settings in the UIConfiguration.
