How to disable the transport prompt for T-code UDM_GROUP2SGMT

When ever we assign collection groups to segments using T-code UDM_GROUP2SGMT .it is prompting for a transport request.Pls let me know how to disable the transport prompt

this could be a BASIS issue.

When you open and close periods in Prod does it ask for a Transport?

T code SCC4 sets how changes are recorded. Please only amend this with the consent of your BASIS team as it will impact the whole system and not just FSCM
