BPC 7.5 NW YTD Not Calculating Correctly

I am working on an Expense Statement. I noticed that I had three accounts that has a zero balance April. When I look at the report with the Measures set to YTD, it displays Zero for April, and it does not carry over the prior's months values. Here is an example:

March's YTD

20,000

BPC Displays this acount for April's YTD

0

April's Periodic Value

0

I was expencting to see for April's YTD $20,000. It looks like it is not calculating correclty. The ACCTYPE is set to "EXP". I checked and the prior month is calculating correctly when there was a zero balance.

Hi Chandra,

Few things that you can check -

1. What is your fiscal canlendar period? April to March or Jan to Dec?

2. In Time Dimension, MONTHNUM whould be '1' for the month from which the fiscal year starts

3. In Time Dimension, ISBEGINING whould be '1' for the month from which the fiscal year starts

Please do these changes, process the dimension, refresh the dimension members in BPC-Excel and then see if you get proper values.

If problem still persists, please copy-paste the YTD formula from backend ... will check and let you know. Also what is the version, SP and patch level that you are working on?

I m on BPC NW 7.5 SP11 and did what u suggested.

My Legal app YTD is not showing accumulative amounts, what could I be missing?
