Time Recording in Incident Management for Custom Transaction Type
We have a custom transaction type for Service desk, a copy of SLFN and have activated the TIME RECORDING functions. the time recording fuction does not show in the WORK CENTER for INCIDENT MANAGEMENT. Any ideas/thoughts. Is this feasible for a custom transcation type.
Time recording definitely works on custom transaction types as we use it extensively on ZIVA transactions. You may want to run an auth trace and make sure you aren't hitting an auth problem on SM_TIMEREP?
