Integration of the Product catalogue in the interaction center ?

Hi,

We are trying to make a mock-up of the interaction center (SAP CRM 7.0) with an integrated access in the Navigation bar to the web Product catalog.

But, I can't find any detailed documentatione on the subject.

I have only found out so far that we need to do these steps :

-configure a catalog in CRM

-configure the XCM settings for our catalog application

-setup the SPRO "activate links from crm webclient UI to web channel applications for the RTPCAT web app

But, when we launch the link 'Product catalog', we get an error message "ISA Framework: The [XCM application configuration]='<our config>' does not exist. Check XCM configuration

Though, the Jco connection between the J2ee server and the CRM server is ok (according to the test button)

When i put the default value 'b2bcrmstandard' for the XCM application configuration for the RTPCAT entry in the links admin menu of SPRO, It seems that the connection to the the j2ee catalog is ok, but then i get another error "Runtime Errors" and a logon button below leading to nowhere.

So, Any one knows of some detailed doc on this subject?
