Basics of SAP Identity Management

Currently i need to explore SAP Identity Management , what it is and how to implement, if any one have docs or guides or links then it would be great help to me.

How exactly the Identity Management works??

Is there anywhere we can download a trial?

I'm from a Novel IDM and IBM Tivoli consulting background and wish to try out this products capabilities.

That a good way to start.

SAP Press also has a book on it, which might be useful to get into it.
