How to identify a new hired employee in the system ?

Hi,

I would like to get the PERNR of a new hire employee in our system .

Do you know how I can do that ?

I don't want to hire him myself using transaction PA40.

I am a beginner so I would appreciate if you help me.

I solved by problem by creating one employee myself. i didn't have authorizations for the reports you mentioned ..

Hi

In the standard report of employees give the date range of how new you wanna see and execute.

You get the report accordingly.

You mean System should automatically assign emp no? or u can upload data through BDC program(actions along with infogroup data) or thru LSMW

HI,

Not sure if there is a standard report for new hires except for US (RPLNHRU0).. alternatively i would use AD hoc query (S_PH0_48000513) with selection criteria as Action start date and action type (Hire)
