In STO where can i see the Mvt type 647/641 (for 1/2 steps)???

In addition to whats mentioned by Pankaj, you can find that information in the delivery. You can go to the relevant delivery (VL03N) and on the item level detail, you need to go to 'administration' tab where the movement type will be displayed. You may use SE16 and look for LIPS-BWART to verify the movement.

From an SD configuration perspective, this movement type is configured in the sales item category which in turn is assigned to the delivery time.

Hi,

The movement type are dependent on Schedule Line Category. For intercompany Stock Transport Order Schedule line category NN is used and for cross company stock transport orders schedule line category NC is used.

Schedule line categories are defined in the customizing of sales and distribution IMG-Sales and Distribution-Sales-Sales Document-Schedule Lines-Define Schedule Line Categories

The movement type 647 and 641 are maintained in schedule line category.

This schedule line is then assigned to Item Category and MRP Type.

The schedule line category determination happens in following manner

1. Order Type UB and Supplying Plant Determines Delivery Type NL (STO Configuration)

2. Item Category Group+ Del Type+Item Usage determines Item Category (IMG-Log Exec-Shipping-Deliveries-Define Item Cat det for Deliveries)

3. Once the Item Category is determined Schedule line category is determined using the above configuration.

641 Goods issue for a stock transport order - Two step

The quantity is transferred using a delivery in Shipping from unrestricted-use stock of the issuing plant to stock in transit of the receiving plant.

647 Goods issue for a stock transport order in one step

Unlike movement type 641 when a goods issue is posted using movement type 647, a goods receipt line (movement type 101) is generated automatically in the receiving plant.
