SAP Hangs after export to excel option

Hi experts,

Pne user is facing an issue while exporting data to excel from SAP. He executes TCODE FBL3N; enters inputs and executes for output which dispalyes around 10 lines. When he does List > export > Spreadsheet; the SAP hangs and he has to kill the session. But for the same output if I anr any other user tries; then it works fine. It immediately gets saved in excel.

The issue started when user checked "always use selected format" button. I have now helped him in deselecting that option by clicking on text menu. Now he gets the options and has not selected always button. But export to excel still hangs for him.

Hi,

Does it happen only in this transaction or also in others? If this is not an issue mentioned by SM, then please check transaction OLE and test if everything works fine for this user on his computer.

Requested the user to get MS excel re installed on his cimputer. Then it worked fine

Does the workstation has EXCEL installed?
