Hi experts

I would like to know , how we can add the catalog to some user.

Where and how we do this additiona in SRM ..?

Hi,

You do this by assigning your user the attribute Catalog Id under PPOMA_BBP.

Thanks for your response.

Transaction PPOMA_BBP where we have to use , in portal or in SPD in ERP.

How to find out the catalog id in T.code PPOMA_BBP.

Can some body expalin me in detail.

Hi,

Use PPOMA_BBP in your SRM system (not portal).

Click on the employee's position for whom you wish to add this catalog id, then navigate to the attributes tab under this position. Here find attribute Catalog id and mention the catalog id defined under your Webservices (SRM Server-Master data-Content Management-Define External Web services)

In T.CODE PPOMA_BBP ,

i can able to see find by

- Organisation unit

-Position

-Employee

-User

After this where and how i can add this catalog to user.

Yes,

Find your employee and click on employee's position.

Then follow the steps in my previous post.
