Payroll period for Middle east-saudi

would like to know if there is any issues for running payroll in the middle of month say -25th-24th every month.i came across this thread for India payroll

has any one come across issue similar to this for Saudi clients ?

Hi

There is no problem in running the payroll at any date of the month.

The config should be done accordingly and SAP will take care of the rest.

Please do find out the financial year if any is there and also if there are any statutory Payments are there at client place and also please do let us know when the Accounts will close the books i mean at the end year say if it is 31/12/2011 than our pay period will moves to 25/01/2012 right

But my doubt is say its for dec month we are running payroll which will be 25th dec-24th jan(2012-next finacial year ).

and the closing of accounts will normally be in the end of fiscal year isnt it ?

what factors do we need to consider and do we forsee any issues in that case?

hope some one ud have come across this requirement and welcome to share your experience ,so that it will be very helpful for everyone .
