Problem with a loan/repayment start date is prior to loan application date

Hi Experts,

We are facing a problem while updating the loan for the employees.

It is throwing error while updating the 0045 Infotype.

System some how showing repayment start date is prior to the loan application date.

Shall i need to change any configs. for this particular loan.

Please advice.

No need of any change in configuratin Just check the Start date of the Loan payment in the payment tab and Start date of the Repayment tab

Hi Sikindar,

I have checked the loan payments tab for few employees who has aviled the loan.

They did nt put any dates on payments tab.

please advice.

please let me know the importance Payments tab in Loans infotype.

Is it a must to fill the details on Payments tab in 0045 Infotype.

In Basicdata tab what shall we need to fill in the 0045 IT.

Intially you have to enter Approval Date and Loan amount granted under Basic Data tab and Loan conditions,Repayment start and Rpymnt instl. under Conditions tab.....then Date, Payment type and Amount under payments tab.....

Based on paymnets tab system come to know that type of payment made to emp like Loan Payment (External), Loan payment (Payroll) and repayment etc....

Once payroll processed then Loan Amount Paid, Loan Balance and End of loan will populate under Basic data tab based on your conditions.

IT0045 config depends on the requirement of the client and mapping of it.

Please go thru the document for reference .. it is very explanatory.

Hi

You need to setup the date and the loan amount in the payment tab.

The dates need to match.
