Campaigns not working

Hello Team.

I have a campaign in CRM. There is no error in campaign but when applying for materials its not pulling the discount.

THis campiaign was working earlier but this was being extnded{end date} and now its not working.

Any suggestion on this. Where I can check?

Hi,

Could u pls elaborate more on "applying for materials" to the campaign. I am not getting the exact issue from your description.

Hi Randhir.

Here "Applying for materials" means, when creating a sales order in web shop this campaign is not plling the discount, which is defined. This discount is for the materials which I have listed in the campaign while creating this campaign...
