How to define Critical /Vital Positions in OM and get a report

Hello Gurus.

In my client place i have a requirement where i need to define some positions as critical/vital positions .

these are not necessarily chief positions and i wanted to know whether ther is any field or infotype to maintain such characteristis of a position and can i get a report out of it .

Or do i need to configure custom object type ....if yes then please kindly guide on the same .

Expecting a positive response as soon as possible .

Hi

Create a Z relationship with description critical or vital and assign them to the positions respectively.

For reports check for positions having these relationships.

Hi Raj,

Not sure if this is a solution, we had a similar requirement in my prev project.. i have created a subtype called Critical Position and Vital Position with C101 and V101 codes (T code OOSU), and used to flag them in ppome --> Description drop down C101 and enter description as Critical Position and same for Vital position.

If you want to pull out report on Critical positions and vital positions > Se16n and HRP1002 enter subtype selection as C101 or V101> this will give list of CP and VPs.
