Error in Storage Location

Hi Everyone,

I have one material which is lying in the storage location (eg 6001) but when my transfer requirement was created it is showing Storage location (for eg 3000) but it should be 6001 logically. So can anyone help me why there is an error in the transfer requirement storage location and how to overcome it.

It is a Put away Location. In this I have TR for which the Source Storage Type is not known but the Destination Storage type is known. The movement type is 930 Supply Spilt. Hope with this information you would be able to guide me.

Was the TR created manually? Since the stock is still in 6001 seems like there's no IM movement yet to move the material from 6001 to 3000. If there was one then the TR (created via this material document) will have '3000'. I'd have doubted your 'storage location control' configuration for this behavior but this will not have a storage location in TR since the location is determined in the TO. So, check how TR is created.
